Help the Smallest Members of your
Wedding Party Look Great
|
by Classic Tuxedo

So you’ve decided to have a toddler or two in the wedding, maybe a few
teenagers. You have to decide whether or not to have those future
heartbreakers dressed like little grooms or have a style all their own.

|
|
Ring bearers will probably be the youngest males in the wedding. Some
ring bearer styles to consider:

Tuxedo – If your groom is wearing a black or white (depending on the
season) tailcoat or regular length tuxedo, you can have the ring bearer wear
an identical outfit. If you’d like the ring bearer to complement the groom
and not copy his look exactly, have the ring bearer wear the same tuxedo but
change up the accessories so the look’s not so matchy, matchy. Another tux
variation is to have the ring bearer wear black satin trimmed shorts with
the tuxedo jacket, white knee socks and white shiny shoes.

Eton suit – A three button coat in black or white with short pants,
white short sleeve shirt, and bow tie is another adorable look for young
boys. Having a winter wedding? Eton suits are also available in velvet.

|
Suit or Blazer – A regular suit coat or navy blazer can be worn for
less formal weddings.

|
Junior Groomsmen, teenaged male attendants, will usually wear either
the tuxedo to match the other groomsmen or for informal weddings, the suit
or blazer. The junior groomsmen can also wear tux accessories to
complement the groom and other groomsmen instead of wearing accessories
exactly the same as them.

Ring bearers can add satin gloves for the most formal finishing touch
or a cabbie style cap for a bit of cuteness. And don’t forget pocket
squares and boutonnières for all of the male attendants. No matter what
style you choose for the youngest members of your wedding, make sure
everyone’s clothes are perfectly pressed.
