reception). If this is unknown at time of
date, make a note that this will be supplied

their service - ie: 8 hours, when will they
start and when will they finish. Be sure
that they include setup and breakdown of any
equipment. An itemized list of ALL the
services that the vendor will be supplying (ie:
light, 2 cameras). If a vendor promised you
any 'extras' be sure it is listed in the
contract.
- Goods: list
the specific details on what your package
will include: wedding album, parent album(s),
quantity of images that will be captured,
on-line proofing, black and white,
negatives, CD, etc.
- Number of
posed and candid shots; number of proofs. Do
you get to keep proofs? Negatives?
- Backup
services. If the vendor is not able to
attend the wedding, be sure that he has a
backup for your event.
- Dress Code.

- Refund policy.
- Last dates to make any necessary changes.
- Payment information: total cost (including tax) and
payment schedule, such as deposit due date and final payment
date. Be sure it also indicates overtime rate.
- Include the length of time the negatives will be held
at his facility (in case you wish to make
prints in the future).
- How long will the
wedding photography prices be in effect?
- Do all the reprints have to be ordered at the same time?
- Delivery times
for proofs and albums.
- Rights of ownership and reproduction.
